Ocean Weave

It was so lovely to see everyone at our recent Cinema Craft Night At Eclipse Cinemas in Bundoran.There was such a beautiful mix of creativity in the room – from crochet and knitting to embroidery, willow weaving, and even drop spindle spinning.

The film was a gorgeous Irish story, and it was extra special spotting familiar landscapes and local visuals on the big screen plus we also got a special message from one of the Co directors!

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made the night so warm, relaxed, and creative. We’d absolutely love to do it again soon. Big thanks to Collie and Daryna to help make this a magical night.

Hey! Just a little event I’m organising… Come and hang out with anything crafty Saturday 14th February 7-9pm in Bundoran.

2025 has been a really lovely one.

One of the best parts has been the market and creative community- the chats and laughs, the familiar faces and the new friends which I’m so fortunate to have found a little tribe.

I’m so grateful for everyone who’s supported Ocean Weave Handmade this year — customers who choose slow fashion, and my couple of shops who stock my work and support small makers. It truly means the world.

Feeling very thankful, and just a little bit excited for what’s next! Let’s go 2026!!!

I had a fab time at last Sunday’s market at The Model, Sligo, and I’m delighted to be back for the next one! The space was full of amazing artisans and beautifully made pieces, and I’m excited to be part of it again. If you’re around make sure you pop by, soak up the creativity, and say hello. We’re heading into Market season Pepples!! Here’s a quick run down for the next couple of months…

Working with yarn that has this much softness and amazing colour work, really just gives me so much joy. Every stitch feels slow, intentional, and cozy — exactly what I love about handmade. I’m currently making lots of new hats and other accessories ready for some local markets and stores… Plus, watch this space for my upcoming Etsy store. Autumn is well and truly here. 🍂 ………..
