I have to apologise...

❣️PSA❣️ for my fellow mamas who are neurodivergent and/or have mental illness considering treatment and/or medication:

Sometimes it's really not for you, and I can completely appreciate that, you need to do what's best for you, however sometimes we have these preconceptions in our mind, and these aren't always true.

Some things to consider:

✨You can still be conscious, natural and low tox and take treatment and/or medication

✨Just because you tried one brand or type of medication or treatment and it made you feel yuck or didn't work, it doesn't mean that no treatment will work.

✨If you're hesitating because you feel you're "not that bad and can manage", would you wait for all your bones before going to the doctor for a broken arm?

✨On that note, if you had a heart condition, would you turn down medication? If not, why is your physical health more important than your mental health?

Please take care of your health, all aspects of it, for your own sake but also so you can be the best version of you for your loved ones.

It's easy to get caught up in the every day stress, the little annoyances, the anxiety, but it's going to make it a little easier on you if you take some time to breathe and put it all into perspective.

Yeah he left his clothes on the floor again right next to the hamper, but if you murder him, you'll probably go to jail and then who's gonna be your kids' snack bitch then, yeah?

I KNOW it can be really difficult to get in front of the camera as a Mother.

I mean, your kids are adorable no matter what they do or wear, right?

But you just spent the last 1.5 hours PLUS getting them ready, packing everything you need, trying to get yourself ready while they hang off you or try "help", and then the drive in the car while "the wheels on the bus" played on repeat the whole time.

But what is harder is looking back through the photos on your phone and realising there's hardly any of you with your family.

What's even worse if your kids looking through those photos as adults and asking "Where's some photos of Mum?

Getting in front of the camera is hard. Not having memories to look back on of you enjoying your time with your family is hard.
