It really doesn’t take long to shrink your waist when a chunk of it is just bloat, water retention and bad digestion!

Of course fat loss takes longer, but visually what a different a few weeks can make!

“It’s impossible to lose weight on holiday”

That excuse doesn’t fly anymore.

We’re 1.6kg down and -3cm down off waist since Fiji. 🎉

Most places these days offer fully equipped gyms. With that excuse out the way here’s my simple holiday weight loss hacks.

* WALK EVERYWHERE - or plan long walks
* SHARE MEALS - enjoy your favourite meals but simply portion control by splitting with your partner
* WORKOUT TOGETHER DAILY - get a nanny if you need support with a baby
* PROTEIN POWDER & oats in hotel room to save one high calorie meal
* NO SNACKS - it’s those packaged nibbles that add so many calories through the day
* DRINK COCONUTS - hydration plus sweet treat
* PICK YOUR NIGHTS TO DRINK - instead of a cocktail with every meal, pick a night where you want to indulge, not daily
* PROTEIN + RICE FOCUSED - sorry but burgers, pizzas, wraps are poopoo on the gut compared to rice.

🎯🎯 I’m currently taking clients personally so message now if interested !! 💌💌

Hands up if you gain fat fast on your waist but basically none on your b***y 🤪

Honestly it fkd! Shout out to my top-heavy girls who don’t have the genes of gaining weight where it looks ‘juicy’.

So what’s the fastest way to blowing out your waist?

* Don’t workout
* Drink most days and
* Eat mainly low-protein, fatty carbs (sandwiches, burgers, hash browns, pizzas).

That was our time in Fiji - there was no gym on the island and food options were limited.

I added 4cm to my waist! 😶‍🌫️ BUT of course it was hella fun.

Now here’s the plan - MINI CUT through August.

Follow my journey in real-time to see how as a health and physique coach I get there!

Worked our hineys off through our 20’s to have this exact freedom for when our first bubba came.

It’s so nice to be living out what we’ve dreamt of for years. 🩵
