🍹 Cinnamon & Beetroot Detox Drink**
**Ingredients:**
- 1 medium beetroot (peeled and chopped)
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon (or 1 small stick)
- 1 cup water
- Juice of ½ lemon (optional)
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
**Instructions:**
1. Boil beetroot in water until soft (about 10–15 minutes).
2. Add cinnamon while boiling.
3. Let it cool slightly, then blend until smooth.
4. Strain if desired.
5. Add lemon juice and honey to taste.
6. Serve warm or chilled.
