Massive shoutout to everyone who took on our HYROX Simulation tonight. The effort, the energy, the vibes, and the support for one another was next level. 🙌

Whether it was your first HYROX simulation or part of your build towards HYROX Perth, every athlete showed up ready to work. Plenty of grit, plenty of suffering, and plenty of wins along the way. 💪

But what makes nights like these special isn’t just the fitness — it’s the community. Seeing athletes stay back, cheer each other on, and help each other get through those tough moments is what BFT Cannington is all about ❤️
