Don’t compare yourself to people with less responsibilities or more resources.
Sure we have the same physical hours in a day, but if you don’t have parents paying your bills or a nanny looking after your kids, then you’re probably already doing the best you can.
So respectfully, listen to those who understand your situation rather then telling you that your not doing enough.

I actually haven’t looked to see if there is even a study pending but you have come this far now.
If you set your alarm on a Sunday night, get up before work, go train and then get on with your Monday…
You’ll probably eat well after your morning session. You’ll sleep better that night. There is a good chance you will be more inclined to follow it up again the next day.
The beautiful act of momentum carries on into the rest of the week by just giving yourself the opportunity to start the week with a bang.
Each day that is pushed out is just another day closer to “I’ll start again next Monday”.
So… if you didn’t train today (it being a Monday), the next best day is Tuesday.
Set your alarm and put your phone at the end of the bed so you actually have to exit the bed to turn it off… rather than hitting snooze.
Get up…you’ll appreciate yourself for it.
