Here’s our tip for preparing fruit and vegetables, try cutting them into shapes or cutters! This can keep things interesting in their lunch box without having to necessarily change the food.

Come make our no-bake Power Puff bars with us 👩‍🍳💥

⭐️3/4 cup honey
⭐️3/4 cup tahini
⭐️3 & 1/2 cups of seeds of choice
⭐️4 cups puffed multigrain

Heat honey and tahini in a pot then add it to your bowl of dry ingredients and stir. Disperse in a baking tray and set in the fridge overnight🤩
Ps we’ve used sesame, pepita & sunflower seeds!
