The library will be closed Monday 1st June for the Western Australia Day public holiday.
Normal library hours will resume on Tuesday, 2 June 2026.

After-hours returns are possible through our return chute at the front of the building so you can drop off your books. Happy Western Australia Day

Art, and culture, collided at the Grove Library!
Local students dived headfirst into an awesome Aboriginal artwork workshop led by the amazing Buffie Punch of the Noongar Nation. The room was buzzing as students brought traditional symbols to life, creating meaningful masterpieces for Reconciliation Week 2026.
Massive high-fives and thankyous to the Town of Cottesloe and the Town of Mosman Park for teaming up and making this unforgettable cultural celebration happen!

What a day! 🎮 One of our most popular activities returned today, and it was a total blast.
We hosted a super Minecraft workshop with Sean from MindBuzz! 🐝 It was a full day of hands-on creativity as the kids used Java Minecraft on supplied laptops to unlock the game's full technical potential. 💻✨

Pastels, paints, and creative magic at The Grove Library this afternoon, was a highlight of our local April school holiday program.
The session transformed the library space into a vibrant studio where young artists experimented with rich textures and bold colours with some truly lovely work produced.

We had a wonderful afternoon crafting bracelets and necklaces at The Grove library! It was a fantastic school holiday activity that everyone thoroughly enjoyed. a very relaxing way to spend an afternoon.

What a blast! Our 'Have a Go with Peppermint Grove' series continued yesterday with a high-flying craft session
led by Dr Rina Fu.
We spent the day designing and building rocket ships, letting our creativity truly soar. While some successfully blasted off and others preferred to stay on the launchpad, it was a fantastic day of making and fun for everyone involved.
