🛠️ Project Spotlight: Panline Overhaul – 150 Run of Face

Our Engineering, Mechanical, Fabrication & Paint teams have completed a full-scale overhaul of a 150 Run of Face Armoured Face Conveyor (AFC) Panline, supporting underground mining operations in the Moranbah region.

Every assembly went through a pan-by-pan condition assessment before a tailored repair strategy was developed in close collaboration with the client — from abrasive blasting and NDT through to structural repairs, remanufacturing, painting, reassembly and final QA sign-off. All welding was completed to AS 1554.4, with full traceability and inspection records delivered for every single pan.

A great example of the end-to-end capability our team brings to projects of this scale — all managed in-house, on schedule, and ready for return to site. 💪

Another productive stage completed on our Industrial Refurbishment project 🔨 by KSG Civil & Construction

With rough-ins now complete and internal fit-out works progressing, the project is continuing to move steadily toward finishing stages. Plastering, waterproofing, tiling, and fit-off works are all coming up next as momentum continues onsite.

📢We are preparing for a significant period of works both locally in Mackay and across various mine sites within the Bowen Basin — commencing July 2026 through to July 2027. This includes workshop overhauls, site installations, structural upgrades, and equipment refurbishment works across multiple projects.

Due to the volume and diversity of upcoming works, we are currently seeking experienced and motivated tradespeople in the following disciplines:
