Our Racoons hit the courts at the Coolum Carnival today and what a brilliant day they had!

Their coach summed it up perfectly, a day filled with fun and laughter, along with some fantastic intercepts, great shooting and, best of all, amazing sportsmanship!

So proud of you, Racoons, for representing the Reds so beautifully and having plenty of fun while doing it! ❤️🖤

We absolutely want plenty of colour and cheering, but please help us look after our beautiful surrounds.

As the courts are close to our waterways, please DO NOT bring:

❌ Pom poms that shed/lose their strands
❌ Confetti
❌ Balloons
❌ Streamers or anything that can blow away

There are plenty of other ways to turn the sidelines RED, and if you need some merch - you know we have that! ❤️

Yesterday saw our Divisional teams take the court for their final fixture game of the 2026 season, while our little Net Set GO superstars have one more week of netty fun to go!

And Reds… what a season it has been! 🥹

A season full of development, growth, challenges, friendships, determination and some pretty incredible successes along the way.

To every player, parent, coach, manager, umpire, volunteer and spectator who has shown up and supported our club this year, THANK YOU.

Yesterday our courts were filled with Reds teams taking the court with smiles on their faces, for some, it was their final game of the season, while others are heading into the excitement of finals.

But regardless of where the ladder landed, we are incredibly proud of every single one of you.

You showed up each week. You trained. You learned. You supported your teammates. You faced the wins and the losses. Most importantly, you continued to represent the Mooloolaba Reds as the kind, fair and spirited players we know you to be.

And that, more than any scoreboard, is something worth celebrating. ❤️🖤

Our Robins team sold the highest number of raffle tickets and have scored themselves an afternoon on the greens, generously donated by Club Mooloolaba! What an effort, Robins!

We also need to give a MASSIVE SHOUT OUT TO Tank Bathhouse & Day Spa.

In an extraordinarily generous gesture, Tank Bathhouse donated a $40 voucher to EVERY PLAYER who sold a full book of raffle tickets, and Reds, there were A LOT of them!! What an incredible contribution and such a wonderful reward for our players who got out there and sold, sold, sold.

OUR FINAL BIG FUNDRAISER OF THE YEAR!

We're gearing up for our Bunnings BBQ this Saturday and we're still looking for a few more volunteers to help us through the brunchtime/lunchtime rush!

If you can spare an hour or two, we'd love to have you on the tongs or helping serve our hungry customers. This is the perfect opportunity for our Reds dads to get involved (although mums, grandparents and older teenagers are more than welcome too!).
