Hi All Just a few photos from our winter season so far. Plenty of snapper and pearl perch boated along with amberjack, kingfish, tuskfish, cobia and jobfish to name a few. The snapper will slow down in the next month so get in quick if you want to bag one. September school holidays are here and the weather has been awesome. Farewell, Smithy 🕊️

On behalf of everyone at Top Catch Charters I would like to extend our deepest condolences to Julie, Joel and the extended smith family.

I was totally shocked to hear the passing of Robert “Smithy” Smith — a true legend on the water and a mate to so many of us in the charter boat and fishing community. We are all deeply saddened and I still can't believe it😥.

Smithy wasn’t just a fellow operator — he was someone who gave generously of his time, his knowledge, and his passion for fishing. Whether it was swapping stories, lending a hand when things got tough, or sharing those secret fishing spots (if you were lucky!), Smithy embodied what it meant to be part of this tight-knit industry.
