Meet Sam.
We were lucky enough to spend some time with Sam Delgado in Boulder - running trails, exploring the town and getting a first-hand look at the community he calls home.
It was incredible hearing what makes this place so special, and the profound impact trail running has had on Sam’s life. The connection, the people, the perspective it brings… can definitely relate.
And when he’s not out on the trails, sometimes he makes pizza. 🍕 sometimes pizza
Thanks for showing us around, Sam. We came for the mountains, but it’s the people and stories behind them that really make a place.

Sophie Broome heads to Europe to line up at CCC, taking on one of trail running’s most demanding courses against one of the deepest and most competitive fields in the sport.
It’s the kind of race that asks everything of you and that’s exactly why she’s there.

🏆 Unofficial World Best - Fastest known marathon ever run in a gigantic wearable hat!
As far as we can tell, Mat now owns the fastest known marathon ever run in a gigantic wearable hat, completing the Sunshine Coast Marathon Festival in sub-4 hours while wearing our one-of-one # # # # # M Series Cap, eyes closed and all.
A huge shout out to Jason as well, who also went sub-4, making it a massive day for Team Fractel.
To everyone who stopped by our tent, grabbed some gear or simply came over to say g’day over the weekend - thank you. Having our hometown marathon in our own backyard is something we never take for granted and we loved sharing it with so many of you!

The City Series has landed.
Four cities. Four Caps.
Inspired by the unique rhythm of running in the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Sydney and Melbourne, each R Series colourway reflects the place it’s named for.
This release also introduces our new SOLARA mesh panelling across the high side panels for enhanced breathability, a rear cinch cord for quick adjustments on the fly and bespoke woven front labels that give each cap a distinctive finish.
