We’re incredibly proud (and a little humbled) to share that we’ve been awarded Australia’s Regional Bar Of The Year at the Australian Bar Awards held in Sydney last month.

This milestone means the world to us — not just for what it represents, but for the journey behind it. Nearly four years ago, we set out to create something special. That vision continues to grow, especially with the addition of our new bar Hid-Den, and every step has been supported by an extraordinary community who believed in what we were building.

This achievement simply wouldn’t be possible without our amazing team. Their passion, hard work and commitment to excellence shine through every single day. And to our loyal customers - locals, regulars and visitors — thank you for filling our venue with life, laughter and unforgettable moments. Your support, excitement and trust have shaped who we are.

We’re also deeply grateful to our friends, family, industry peers and everyone who has championed us along the way. Every visit, recommendation, kind word and cheers across the bar has played a part in this success.

While we’re honoured to receive this award, we see it as both a celebration of how far we’ve come and inspiration for what’s ahead. We remain committed to delivering exceptional hospitality, memorable experiences and a place our community can continue to call home.

Join us for an unforgettable evening of Wh**ky appreciation featuring the iconic Royal Stag. The Dalmore is a renowned Highland Single Malt Scotch Wh**ky distillery founded in 1839 by Alexander Matheson in Alness, Scotland. We’ll have the brand’s Single Malt Wh**ky Specialist, Josh Davies, with us to guide an experiential tasting of four premium whiskies, paired perfectly with local Nutworks macadamias. A light supper will also be provided.
