Scaffolding is now coming down at our Turner project for CHC, revealing the clean, sharp façade underneath and giving us the first real look at the building as it begins to take its final form.

🏗️ Construction Update | RAYA

RAYA is continuing to take shape, with overall project progress now at 86% complete and one of the biggest milestones yet—the scaffolding is coming down.

With the western elevation now fully revealed and scaffold stripping well underway across the building, the architectural design is beginning to emerge, giving buyers their first real look at RAYA's striking façade.

Inside, progress continues at pace:
✨ Level 1 is entering its final completion and handover stage.
✨ Levels 2–4 are progressing through final painting, cleaning and finishing works.
✨ Levels 5–8 continue to advance with fit-out, joinery, flooring and internal finishes.

Elsewhere on site, lift installation has made significant progress, external works are continuing, and the rooftop podium is steadily taking shape.

Every week brings RAYA one step closer to completion, and it's exciting to see this vision becoming a reality.
