Meet Aaron 👋

Aaron joined Core in 2016 as our Chief Financial Officer and plays a key role in guiding the strategic direction of the Group.

With more than 23 years of experience across property development, construction and finance, Aaron brings a wealth of industry knowledge to the team. From financial management and compliance through to long-term strategy and operations, his expertise helps ensure Core continues to grow with strong foundations in place.

We’re incredibly lucky to have Aaron as part of the Core team.

Last weekend the Core boys celebrated the topping out of RAYA with a harbour cruise under the lights of Vivid Sydney.

A great chance to recognise their effort behind the project and celebrate another milestone together!

Our former PCYC redevelopment site was proud to host the ACT Government’s major housing announcement last week, with Deputy Chief Minister and Minister for Homes, Homelessness and New Suburbs, Yvette Berry MLA, unveiling a significant investment to boost the supply of public, community and affordable housing across Canberra.

The announcement included a new Public Housing Pipeline Program that will deliver an additional 450 public homes, alongside further investment to support affordable housing and strengthen the Territory’s housing sector.

Joining Minister Berry at the announcement were ACT Treasurer and Minister for Planning and Sustainable Development, Chris Steel MLA, and CHC Australia CEO, Nathan Dal Bon.

Currently under construction, Turner One will deliver 55 social and affordable homes for key workers and at-risk young people, making it a fitting location to showcase the partnerships and projects helping address Canberra’s housing needs.
