At the heart of the H1 are core hardware and software pillars designed to elevate digital playback across connected home-media systems:

• Dual ESS Sabre 9039Q2M architecture: Rather than relying on a single DAC, the H1 employs two flagship ESS Sabre 9039Q2M chips paired with a third-generation XMOS XU316 processor. Combined with a dual-stage jitter-rejection architecture utilizing Asynchronous Sample-Rate Conversion (ASRC), time-domain jitter is virtually eliminated. This dual-mono design delivers extraordinary channel separation, holographic soundstaging, and whisper-quiet background noise across all digital sources.

• Built-in four-rail independent audiophile power architecture: We engineered the H1 with a high-quality, low-ripple power supply optimized specifically for sound quality. It incorporates four independent power rails, supplying 12V to the mainboard, ±15V high-grade power to the DAC and op-amp circuitry, and 5V to the DAC chips. The circuitry uses six self-developed Kmuse op-amps and two OPA1612 units. This multi-rail isolation prevents cross-circuit interference, delivering ultra-clean DC current directly to sensitive audio stages.

• Proprietary VitOS operating system: Purpose-built exclusively for high-fidelity audio, our VitOS platform is powered by a four-core RK3568 processor with 4GB of DDR4 RAM. It strips away background system bloat to provide zero-latency app navigation and bit-perfect audio delivery directly to the DAC stage.

Comprehensive Connectivity, Server, and Streaming Features

Managed through the VitOS Orbiter mobile app, the H1 operates as a complete high-resolution digital hub, media interface, and local music server:

• Versatile home and lifestyle integration: The H1 acts as a centralized audio hub for an entire entertainment area. Users can connect digital audio sources directly through the dedicated USB-B input to harness reference-grade dual-DAC decoding or route the H1 directly to active speakers or a home amplifier through its analog outputs. The H1 can also serve as a transport, using its USB audio or Toslink output to connect to an external DAC.

• Local library and storage management: The H1 functions as a robust music server supporting local playback from connected USB 3.0 storage drives, external network-attached storage (NAS), or an internal M.2 NVMe PCIe 3.0 SSD with capacities up to 8TB. The system automatically scans files to generate organized libraries, retrieves album metadata, and supports automatic track splitting for CUE files.

• Seamless lossless ecosystem: Native support for TIDAL Connect, Spotify Connect Lossless, Qobuz Connect, TuneIn Internet Radio, AirPlay, and DLNA Renderer streaming gives users complete freedom over how they listen.

• Studio-master audio decoding: The optimized kernel architecture handles PCM audio up to 32-bit/768kHz and native DSD up to DSD512 through the USB input, with DSD256 supported in DoP mode. Supported lossless formats include FLAC, WAV, AIFF, ALAC, DXD, DFF, and DSF.

• Minimalist craftsmanship: The precision aerospace-grade aluminum chassis features a matte-blasted finish and soft, understated, volume-synchronized ambient lighting designed to integrate seamlessly into living-room media consoles and modern desktop layouts.
