Good People HR is partnering with a well-established food and pharmaceutical manufacturer to recruit an experienced Warehouse Team Lead.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and driving operational excellence within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities include:

✅ Leading and mentoring a team of 3 forklift operators

✅ Managing daily warehouse operations, inventory control and dispatch
