✨ A new chapter is beginning for Springys.

We’re moving - and evolving.

Our final day at our 258 Jasper Road location will be Saturday 19 September, before we reopen on Monday 28 September at 201 McKinnon Road - a familiar location for many of our long-standing clients.

For Springys Conditioning Centre, this move creates space for the next evolution of what we offer: more movement education, practitioner development and immersive learning experiences, while continuing the work our community already knows and values.

Alongside Springy’s, Unified Exercise Clinic will also be moving to 201 McKinnon Road, bringing our clinical and movement expertise together under one roof and creating new opportunities for collaboration between practitioners, clients and the wider community.

For our existing clients, our services and booking system will otherwise remain unchanged. Memberships and payments will pause during our closure week.

Thank you for being part of the Springys and Unified story - whether you’ve been with us for five months or twenty-five years.

This isn’t goodbye. It’s the beginning of something new.

Welcome Mia! 🎉

Mia is a physiotherapy student who recently started with Springys. She is actively learning in her new role, learning The Springys System, helping clients achieve their fitness goals, and doing some front of house work as well.

Whilst being a Springys Accredited Practitioner and Administrator, she is also a basketball coach and high-level Youth League basketball player. ⛹️‍♀️🏀

We are really excited to have Mia on board with the team. Please make her feel welcome next time you see her at the Springys Conditioning Centre! 😊

We are hiring for an Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist at Unified Exercise Clinic and Springys!

We are seeking an experienced allied health practitioner with an interest in prescribing exercise to complement our existing team of Exercise Physiologists.

In this role you will be provided with the freedom, tools and opportunity to make a difference in our community and shape your areas of practice to your unique strengths and interests.
