SALON DE THÉ // Salon de Thé is a refined, handsome first-floor private dining room within the French Saloon. From a corner vantage overlooking Hardware Lane, long iron-framed windows flood the space with natural light and city ambience.

CHEESE CELLAR // A unique and quiet space down the spiral staircase underneath the Spring Street Grocer. Suitable for small to medium events, w**e tastings, receptions and much more.

TEA ROOM // Jay from **eshop hosted our first 2025 event last night diving deeper into Chablis.

'Chablis Deep Dive' was a night of showcasing the beauty of this sophisticated w**e - guests tasted 7 different drops, got an insight into the meaning of minerality and enjoyed different small plates throughout the evening (Jay even dressed up as a fossil for the occasion).
