Today’s choice, clear liquids all day.
Packing my bag and preparing for my op tomorrow.. nervous, and this helps to soothe it.

The beautiful Lilac stain by .minerals
I usually test my stains at a 10% intensity as a baseline, and then go from there. There are a few factors to consider, colours like pinks and purples usually burn out at 1280c so this is a win!
Will keep tweaking for a deeper intensity!

After mixing, the slip is poured onto a plaster slab to form up for use!

Trialling the Lilac stain from .minerals ! Recently picked up a couple of colours to test and this was the first I really wanted to try.
Usually if I’m mixing up a small batch like this, I prefer to mix it with a spatula.
