There’s something special about being taught by someone who truly loves what they do. I could’ve watched the chef garnish this cured salmon gravlax forever. The way she takes her time, placing every little herb like it matters. Because it does.

You can feel the care before you even taste it. So grateful to be learning in this kitchen.
