What becomes possible when we slow down enough to truly hear ourselves… and each other?Over 4 consecutive Sundays, we’ll be exploring the foundations of Authentic Relating through experiential practices, honest communication, nervous system awareness, group connection, and embodied presence.This is not just about learning communication tools.It’s about creating a space where we can soften some of the social conditioning and protective patterns that often keep us disconnected — from ourselves, from others, and from what’s genuinely alive in the moment. Through relational exercises, guided processes, inquiry, and real-time connection, we begin to practice:

-Building relational confidence and emotional awareness
-Cultivating more meaningful human connection

Big thank you for another inspiring evening of depth and connection. Everyone created such an empathic space for one another, which always fills me with optimism. At the beginning of the event I felt an incredible wholesome feeling of pleasure, or even bliss, and if I had to describe what that feeling meant, I think it was something about feeling like this work is “soul-work” it’s deeply aligned. It means so much to me to share these spaces together with courageous seekers.
