First off, a huge thank you for all your bookings, takeaway and delivery orders. They keep us running and continuing to do what we love doing.

Sorry to disturb you, but we need to ask you a huge favor. Been under some sort of attack on Google with some fake reviews that drastically dropped the rating of the business lately.

It’s mainly the harmful “work” of a group of Uber Eats delivery persons (we even know them and their real names) who decided to harass us just because we repeatedly asked them to comply with the service’s rules - insulated delivery bags, the way they behave and dress while picking up your orders on our premises etc.

Since Uber Eats didn’t consider to do anything about it, we decided to ban them from our premises. In exchange, they left fake and harmful reviews on Google and asked their friends to do the same.

Would you, please, be so kind and help us with a rating and a short review on the link in the comments, in order to try to reduce the damage they created? Only if you have a second for that.
