I don’t remember a time I wasn’t at war with my body. It took me until my 30’s to really find peace in it, to appreciate its curves, and strengths, and the way it carried 5 healthy children, and me, through life and birth and grief and joy and everything between.

It wasn’t my war though. I wasn’t born tearing shreds off my own self esteem. It was a battle handed down from woman to woman, pinching stomachs, and daily weigh ins, weight watchers, and the incessant need to be…less. I simply picked up the weapons handed to me until I realised I wasn’t the only person I was capable of hurting with them, I had daughters. There’s a saying I love - it ran in my family until it ran into me. And I did that.

My daughter, is an athlete. She is strong, fast, driven. She looks at herself in the mirror and compliments her tone, her height, her beauty. She is at peace. That’s intentional. I made sure of that. I taught her to affirm herself from when she could talk. To never compare. To love her body, her mind, her spirit. So when she asked me to get up at dawn to go run the stairs at our local beach, I said yes, even though I knew it wouldn’t come easy to me. I said let’s lock in queen, I said run ahead of me, go harder, don’t wait for me. And I watched her run. Over and over.

I made it up and down twice. She did it a dozen times.

And THATS the point. That is generational healing. It’s walking so they can run. It’s doing 2 sets so they can do 12. It’s putting down the weapons waged against you for generations, so they don’t have to fight in a war they didn’t start.

My business, vision, impact, purpose, it’s not my legacy. She is.

And the view from the top of those stairs, made climbing them so worth it.

For years in business I was told to pick a niche. Choose a lane. “Chase two rabbits, you’ll catch neither” they said. And I believed it. I worked against my instincts for years, trying to do business like the experts said - pick an industry, niche down, stay focused.

But anyone who knows me, knows I’m not a super focused soul. My souls chart holds IMMENSE tension between a Cap stellium of ambition, master builder energy, public leadership and seeding ideas into established systems, and then the in flow, soft, healing, psychic, family oriented stellium in Cancer.

I’ve been doing intuitive business coaching for years now, but recently deep diving my own energetics again I realised why I’ve constantly hit walls in MY business. And it’s because I’ve been taught to resist this tension. I’m trying to pick a lane - when my natural state is to live in about 4 lanes at once. To adapt, to flow, to build and nurture and establish, and then start over. I was never meant to pick a niche. It’s why seeing myself as purely a “psychic” or “tarot reader” created so much inner friction for me I thought I needed to stop reading entirely, I didn’t, I just needed to stop feeling like I couldn’t do everything else I envision for my business AND do readings. The truth is my system is designed to hold capacity for many truths and offerings.

Some charts absolutely demand a niche, a focused path, a more structured approach. But not mine. And that’s the beautiful thing about this work; it’s not cookie cutter strategy. I don’t tell you the same thing as 100 other business coaches could, or what I’d tell my other clients. I look at what works for YOU; your energy; your natural state, your expansion state, your potential and your identity that creates all of the possibility.

So from now on expect no tidy niche from me; there’s tarot, astrology, events, my unhinged notes about the universe, the collective, inter dimensional beings, the matrix, money, abundance, creating reality, the quantum - you’ll never not be entertained, at least.

I don’t actually want a peaceful life.

I want a life lived large enough it requires more of me. I want five loud, authentically themselves, kids and conscious businesses to build and ideas that keep me awake at night. I want to care deeply about things and people. I want big conversations, big questions, big goals, ridiculous dreams and enough responsibility that sometimes it all feels like a lot. Because if there’s one thing the last few months has taught me is that I’d rather feel everything, than be numb to it all.

For years I thought the goal of healing was to eventually arrive at this permanently regulated, peaceful version of myself. I don’t think that anymore.

I don’t think the goal is permanent regulation, I think it’s actually capacity.

To be able to hold more without losing yourself inside of it all; more money without being consumed or your values changing, more responsibility - without resentment. More visibility without becoming performative, uncertainty without the impulse to control.

More love without abandoning yourself to keep it and more life without constantly needing to escape from it.

I don’t want to build a life I need to regulate myself away from experiencing or feeling fully..

I want to become capable of fu***ng living it - to the full, to the max, to the edges of my current self and then instead of shrinking my life to meet my self, I want to expand to meet the edges of my life.

I’ve always said I’m not here to play small, but I think play was the wrong word. I’m not here to live small.

Who’s with me?

I think good people should make more money.

Actually, I think conscious people should become wealthy as f**k… but that’s still controversial in spiritual spaces.

We talk endlessly about billionaires controlling industries, governments, media, technology and resources. But then somehow decide the spiritually evolved response is to reject money, power and “the system” altogether.

I don’t believe that.

We are meant to, and able to, save ourselves. Money and power are tools, but how they’re used depends on who wields them.

Give someone driven by greed $100 million and you amplify their capacity for greed.

But give someone driven by vision, responsibility and a genuine desire to move humanity forward $100 million and imagine what they could build.

The conscious businesses.
The jobs.
The movements.
The research.
The communities.
The ideas that finally have the resources to become real.

I don’t believe we’re here to transcend being human. I think we’re here to bring more consciousness into the human experience.

Into money. Business. Leadership. Technology. Power.

Because opting out doesn’t make those systems disappear. It just leaves somebody else in charge.

I want more good people in charge.

More women with enormous vision and the resources to execute it. More business owners who understand that wealth and impact don’t belong at opposite ends of the spectrum.

More conscious millionaires.

And that’s increasingly the work I’m interested in facilitating.

Not teaching you how to manifest while you wait for the universe to decide you’re worthy of it. But building the identity capable of creating, holding and directing significantly more.

Building the business - and the CEO self - capable of carrying the size of your vision.

I used to think I needed to have it all together.
The second I felt dysregulated I’d retreat. I wouldn’t allow myself to show up if I was feeling less than 111%, and in doing so I didn’t protect my clients, or my business like I told myself I was doing, I let it, and them, down.

Something I’ve learned the past few weeks is that not being perfectly aligned and positive isn’t failure, it’s feedback. Alignment and creation don’t just come when everything is falling into place, they come when you stay true to what you know about yourself, even when everything is falling apart.

Tonight as I listened to some of my favourite music (Iniko, 10/10 recommend) I was reminded deep in my soul who the f**k I am. And that even in the midst of trials and errors and war; there’s power in me. I’m not here to hide, to play small, to retreat.

I’m here to bring people together, to remind you who the f**k you are, to show up, to get loud about the potential of human consciousness and the collective, to facilitate energetic shift on a global level, and I am no good to anyone if I hide every time my own energy waivers, or the matrix comes knocking to bring me to my knees.
