I am thinking about doing a batch of these carriers to suit the nf4 Honda rs125 if there is enough interest. Is it something people would like for the nf4 as the original sprocket carrier shims are no longer available and the small Honda bearing was always a weak point anyway.

So near to having it ready for tomorrow but we’ve called it after it developed a head gasket leak when we fired her up. Pretty sweet little bucket, it’s a shame I won’t get to take her out for a spin with the new engine work we’ve been working on.

We have just finished our first batch of Honda rs125 / nsf250 sprocket carriers.

These are manufactured in-house in our Tasmanian workshop from 6061-t6 aluminium, and utilise a larger bearing than our competitors.

Our price is $119ea

Selling my 2019+ r3 race moulds. These are flanged moulds, treated with a chemical release agent for use in vacuum processes. They are able to produce extremely light fairings in either fibreglass or carbon. The last fibreglass set made was 3.1kg.

They are made with vinyl ester resin, and can be heated up to 120-degrees for use with pre-preg.

Can also be used for hand-laid fibreglass

My business is doing different things these days, so letting some of my moulds go.

They are available after next week, when final parts come out.

We are now resin infusing our NX4 rs125 fuel tanks. They are Kevlar lined, weigh in at 700g and fit the standard nx4 fuel tap and strainer. They include the cap, and are priced at $1250 AUD

First resin infused nf4 fairing is out of the mould and trimmed. Surface is flawless, and weight for the full fairing is...... 960g 🤯

Spent the day laying up the first of the next batch of carbon nx4 fuel tanks. This one will be infused tomorrow.
