A big congratulations to Ruth and Julian on completing their leadership course 👏🎉

The Challenge of Leadership course focused on developing a range of valuable leadership skills including goal setting and planning, communication, time management, relationship building, delegation, problem solving, and decision making.

The course also explored ways to build stronger, more engaged teams through better communication, empathy, and understanding, while giving participants the opportunity to complete a workplace project that delivered measurable results.

It’s great to see the effort and commitment they’ve both put into their development, and we’re excited to see them continue to put these new skills into action. Well done Ruth and Julian!

We were honoured to secure both Category C and the overall award at last Thursday’s event, bringing our total to 15 Category C wins and 9 overall wins.
