Young Women's Group is back today! 💜

We're excited to be partnering with Inspire Youth & Family Services (IYS) to support this free weekly social group for young women aged 12–25 years.

Location:
• Weeks 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 & 7: The Hut, Inala Skate Park
• Weeks 4 & 8: headspace Inala

Our headspace Inala team will be facilitating activities during Weeks 3, 4, 6, 7 and 8, and we can't wait to see you there!

Our team had the best time celebrating 50 years of Deadly at the Inala NAIDOC Family Fun Day yesterday. The community vibe was unmatched, full of culture, connection, and joy.

It was a privilege to be part of such a special event celebrating 50 years of Deadly. A massive shoutout to our incredible Youth Advisory Group members, Lina and Bea - you two superstars were a fantastic help! 💫

This NAIDOC Week, we celebrate the strength, resilience, cultures, and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

The 2026 theme, "The Next Generation: Strength, Vision & Legacy," recognises the young people, leaders, and communities carrying culture forward and shaping the future.

At headspace Inala, we acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we live and work and pay our respects to Elders past and present.

On Friday, the headspace Inala team was proud to support the NAIDOC Week Launch at PCYC Inala hosted by Inala Wangarra Inc., celebrating this year's theme, 50 Years of Deadly. ❤💛🖤💚💙

It was a wonderful morning spent with Elders, community members and local organisations, celebrating culture and community through inspiring speeches, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander dance performances, and shared stories. We finished the morning with a morning tea spread and the chance to yarn and connect together. 🍃

That's a wrap on headspace Forum 2026!💚

A huge thank you to .trethowan our CEO of headspace and all those involved in bringing together headspace centres from across Australia for 3 incredible days of connection, inspiring talks, interactive workshops and shared learning.

It was a fantastic opportunity to learn, collaborate, exchange ideas and be reminded of the collective impact we're making to support the mental health and wellbeing of young people across the country.

Fleur, Syed and Ruth recently spent time at Forest Lake State High School for National Reconciliation Week, running a Reconciliation Scavenger Hunt for students.

The challenge encouraged students to discover key moments in Australia's reconciliation journey, learn something new, and put their knowledge to the test. Students who completed the hunt and returned their answers scored a prize!

A fun way to learn, connect and spark conversations about reconciliation. 🖤💛❤️
