Ascend Taekwon-do Highfields

A great day of competition yesterday at the Sunshine Coast. It was the first time competing for our younger students and they all did a fantastic job. Love this picture from early in the day after our senior students competed in patterns - great team spirit!

Good luck to all our students competing today. 🥋

🥋 A great weekend on the mats!

Honoured to attend the One Legacy International Taekwon-Do Federation Black Belt Training last weekend under the guidance of Grand Master Michael Daher.

A fantastic opportunity to learn, train and grow alongside fellow black belts. Taking plenty of knowledge and inspiration back to Ascend Taekwon-do Highfields.

Taekwon! 👊

Great event over the weekend. Thanks to all who made this event such a success!

Always great to get the chance to spend time learning and training with the team at Ultimate Taekwon-Do Australia and Grand Master Daher. Was an awesome day and looking forward to the next opportunity to get together.

Huge congratulations to Mr Purser on his promotion to 6th degree. It was an inspiring performance to watch and a great display of what is possible to achieve if you persevere and put the work in.
