Keeping our team healthy and protected 💉💙
Today we welcomed an immunisation nurse to provide flu vaccinations for our amazing team. A huge thank you for making the process so easy and convenient for everyone!
Looking after the wellbeing of our educators means we can continue creating a safe, healthy and caring environment for the children and families in our community. 😊

We’re often asked what being not-for-profit really means for our families.

Simply put, it means that our purpose always comes before profit. Every dollar we make is reinvested back into our centres, to provide children with enriching and safe learning environments.

We understand how important it is for children to be in a place where they feel safe and settled. And when families need to make a change - planned or unexpected - we’re here to help make that transition easier.

We’re here to support families when it matters most – because every child deserves a Goodstart! ✨

Centre’s closed for now and we’ve temporarily relocated to sister centres. Reaching out to everyone, near and far.
Miss Annie wanted to say hello thinking of you all. If you see this, drop a message. Would be really nice to reconnect 💛

After the recent flooding and temporary closure of our Goodstart Kin Kora centre, supporting our children’s emotional wellbeing has never been more important.

Last week Miss Nicole and Miss Mel for Calliope Goodstart attended the Birdie’s Tree Universal Resources Training at Calliope Library and it couldn’t have come at a better time.
Birdie’s Tree is a beautiful, evidence-based program that helps young children understand and manage big feelings during challenging events like floods and disruptions. Through stories, play, and practical strategies, it supports children to feel safe, build resilience, and express their emotions.

We’re so excited to bring this learning back to our centre along with some very special new friends, Birdie and Mr Frog to continue supporting our children and families as we recover and move forward together.
We are incredibly proud of our Kin Kora community and so grateful for the ongoing support from our families during this time.
Together, we are stronger. 💚

Even though our centre is temporarily closed after the flooding, our hearts are still with our children and families. Here’s a little storytime to keep the magic alive until we’re all together again.
