The Boss Hurst Rover Crew is based in the Geelong CBD - As part of the Geelong Peninsula District and Geelong Nauru Region of Scouts Australia. What's a Rover?
Young men and women join Rovers because they are between 18 and 26 years old and are looking to enjoy friends for life, the outdoors, helping others and challenge. Rovers is the oldest section in Scouts. Some people join Rovers because they have been in Scouting before. Many others join because they know someone who is a Rover. Others see an ad, a website, or see Rovers active in their community,

Jesse’s Bogong Boot!
Jesse’s weekend long boot lasted two nights and two treacherous days of hiking!
They clambered up many stairs, ate nutritious meals fit for royalty?, booted an adventurous Jesse from the summit of Mount Bogong, rested their heads near Cleve Cole Hut, stumbled their way back down the mountain, and overall they had a lot FUN, they had FUN!
Thankyou Jesse for planning a great farewell trip and for spending the amount of hours you did to help with organising the unit we are all a part of today!
We wish you the best luck on all of your future adventures you have yet to conquer!

Unit Management Course!
Two weeks ago we had an amazing turnout attend the Unit Management course at Eumeralla! They had a lot of fun learning, working together and looking after Jimmy!
We can’t wait to see what they do with all their new skills!

Scavenger Hunt through Diljang!
Groups of three quested outward throughout the City of Geelong to find the stolen bands of Earth, Wind and Fire. We successfully found them saving the world and completing our quest!

Laserquest
This week we teamed up to play some fun games at Laserquest Geelong for their Friday Night Frenzy! There was plenty of rivalry, fun and teamwork as we versed each other in games. We also enjoyed a game of bowling, and some unlimited lazertag!!!

Night of the Investitures!

We zig zagged all over Geelong getting some of our units “newest” Rovers and our new RA invested into our crew!
