When chatting with little ones, we often start by asking lots of questions - but too many at once can be a bit overwhelming!
For every question you ask during play, try to make four comments about what you or your child are doing.
💭 ‘I wonder what would happen if...’
🏗️ ‘You’re building such a big tower!’
🎨 ‘I love the picture you’re drawing.’
🚗 ‘The car is going fast around the track, vroom, vroom!’
This helps to create flowing conversation that displays different sentence structures and encourages children to share their thoughts and ideas with you, without the pressure. 🌟

We loved welcoming everyone to Sally’s Symphony - Book Week Performance yesterday and seeing all the little ones dressed up, bringing their favourite stories to life and embracing the spirit of Book Week. 📖✨
