I just want to give a shout out and say happy 21st to an awesome human being.
He walked into my gym as a quiet and shy 15 year old. He quickly bacame part of the family and a friend. After alot of hard work and dedication he had a couple of fights and started helping me train the kids classes. My proudest moment of him came not in the gym or in the ring. It was the speech he gave at his mum's wedding. A true gentleman and good honest bloke.

Eight years later this father and son duo are still beating me up.
Phil and Caleb have been awesome to train over the years.
Phil 60+ has no signs of slowing down and Caleb has grown into a very respectful and fine young man.

Exercise, eat real food and do something that makes you happy.

These two brothers have been with me since 2017. Training for boxing, muay thai and jiu jitsu in the kids then teen classes.
Now in 2025 Malachy and Patrick are smashing through strength and conditioning PT sessions and are building a solid foundation for years to come. A shout out to the Steve and Claire who have always encouraged and supported the boys in their training no matter what sport they are doing.

It doesn't take much to make a difference so get active push yourself and watch the results come in.

So many of my fighters had their hands put into a pair of gloves by this man before stepping into the ring. Always had a way to settle fighters. If not with a few calming words it was a joke that made you smile. A true gentleman who will be missed by many.
