Oh boy.
As much as this has been a struggle.
Mentally, emotionally and even physically.
I really enjoy my short time with Realm.
He is amazing.
I get so upset (not in his presence) in knowing that it is having such an impact on his growth. Knowing and being aware of his changes in behaviour when I have to tell him it's time for me to go. And seeing how he is unconsciously processing and responding. (shuts off after asking why I have to go and having to refrain from speaking my truth)

As a man, a father and an individual with built in maternal values and instincts, I appreciate what I have given to this whole situation.
I naturally reject what has been given back.
At times, and especially now that Realm is reaching a new level of awareness, growth and mental processing due his own self awareness. I am reaching a new level myself.
Both in my own growth and the growth of being a parent.

I can't believe that some people will do what they have to to make themselves look better then the ones who helped them become who they are becoming at the cost of someone they claim to love.

Yet, we all want love.

These are my blessed days ❤️

There is never a need to struggle when reinventing yourself,
Small steps forward and a bit of decision making is progress.
Be real with yourself and focus on who you wish to become.
Most importantly, do it for you.

Reprogramming yourself to love yourself better is the same process.

Remind yourself each night before you sleep that you made it through the day. You may have even done something nice for yourself or laughed out loud.
Remember that before you go to sleep.
And when you wake, remind yourself of what you thought of last night that have you that positive feeling.
Remember to make a habit of this small step you are willing to take for you.
Gratitude becomes a habit.
Be grateful all day for the you that you are, and the positive you you are becoming.
