The Hard Cuddles team harnesses our lived experiences, stories and personal growth to facilitate our workshops and presentations. We provide services designed to navigate emotional wellbeing, self worth and leadership; with a strong focus on understanding and prevention. Everyone’s unique story deserves a platform from which it can be heard. Through creating an open and authentic environment, people are given the opportunity to become their authentic selves.
