Major Earthworks, (Approximately 300m2 cut and filled) Retaining walls, Colorbond fencing, Shed slab prep, Counter lever slide gate, Pool renovation. We do it all. Recent job completed in capalaba. Timber wall failing after some some heavy rain. No problems, Brand new steel post charcoal timber look concrete sleeper retaining wall from DNS Structural Landscaping. Big shout out to PCD Sleepers for there supply of the materials, We only use PCD products due to there quality and consistency! There are many manufacturers out there but if you want quality backed by guarantee you use PCD products. Recent job we finished up in Bardon. Pretty tricking job with only access for the 1.7 ton excavator and kanga. All Engineered. Had to aslo engage a structural Engineer as the footing for the house on the highside where close to the wall. Had to acro prop the house during construction. We used PCD onyx timber sleepers and painted the posts satin black. All finished off with a double paled timber fence with exposed posts and top cap. A Job we recently completed at Redland bay. Photos show the before and after. The customer wanted to replace the old timber walls and remove all the overgrown gardens, a set of stairs a fire pit area and level and topsoil ready for turf. Recent job we finished in Narangba. Very tricky job with the 2 tiers being closer then 1.5m so top tier piers are 300mm deeper then front wall piers as per Engineering design. 4.2m piers for 1m high wall. Raised the wall in the back section to 1.4m to level out the backyard with a set of 2m wide stairs. Connected the Ag lines into storm water system, prepped and poured small concrete slab at the front. Also prepped for turf on this one.
