Toukley project as previous post under way

DesignIS works in both the ACT and NSW for over 15 years.
We love when a project is moving from DA stage to CC stage in less than 12 months! DA lodged April- CC issued September- frames up and ready for pre sheet in December! Water frontage knock down re build- Toukley NSW

We love the floor plan that accommodates multi generational living arrangements all while utilising the sites slope well!

Sarah from DesignIS will attempt to walk 35km Tomorrow for the - bloody long walk- I’ve left this to the last minute to ensure I’d be ok to actually walk it- I’ve trained enough to commit. This project has been well managed as a

‘knock down re build’

though in essence this has been an extension with all new ( alterations and additions BA approval) to allow the licenced builder to live in the front of the property while completing the rear- progress photos to date show the front almost completed with the upper floor above the original footprint

One of our Taylor residences is close to completion! Interior shots and rear terrace over pool in the following weeks post! Panoramic views from Taylor over CBR have been achieved with clever design aligned with the clients brief.
We can’t wait to see the family clients move in!
