Join us on the 30th of June 2024 as Chef Gerald Ong of project Enoki teams up with Chef Kyaw Swe Ko to celebrate the vibrancy of South East Asian cuisine.
Journey with us on a gastronomic adventure as we explore culinary diversity within Burmese and Singaporean heritage. The prix fixe menu will feature traditional flavours in a modern context.

We are looking for a leader with the co-responsibility and freedom to develop and hone the front of house build and service standards for this ambitious 120 seater restaurant in the heart of civic.
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the build the systems, team and feel of the restaurant and give it the personal touches that will make lasting impressions.
There are two phases to this Job,
1. Build phase (now till early next year)
Input front of house build
Design FOH service flow & operations
Design booking systems and packages
Hiring and interviewing for FOH
2. Operational phase (early next year)
Run and manage FOH team
Manage bookings
Manage CRM
Help design sales strategies and promotions for Enoki
Aid in managing Social Media
Candidate must have at least 2 years experience in a senior front of house position in a fine dinning or fine casual operation.

These seats will have to wait one more evening because we are CLOSED tomorrow for the Australia Day public holiday.
We’ll be back in the kitchens from Wednesday dinner and if you’re back to work this week, don’t forget to give us a visit for lunch from Thursday - Saturday.
