Hi my name is Emma & I’m a mama of two bubs - a five year old and a three year old and I’ve recently discovered that there doesn’t seem to be anything around where kids can be with/ participate alongside of their parents. Yes there are fitness clubs with crèche but I feel we are missing a big opportunity to demonstrate and share a fun, healthy active lifestyle with our precious babies ❤️

I have almost 30years experience coaching in the fitness industry including Ironman/triathlon, aqua aerobics, yoga, Pilates, Meditation, Les mills classes, CrossFit, Spin, bootcamps, boxing/kickboxing, mums & bubs, kids fitness, acroyoga and more. (Kids were always welcome to join in with their parents during our sessions🥰)

I’m thinking of putting together a little group that is inclusive of the whole family we would train together on the northern beaches side of Cairns & payment would be by cash donation only (just what you can afford🥰)

It’s just an idea right now, checking if anyone would be interested ❤️
