The Australian 24-Hour Movement Guidelines may surprise you.
How many steps should you do a day? Only 7,000 to receive most of the health benefits from being active.
The guidelines recommend you strive for 30 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous on most days of the week and strengthening exercises 2 or more times a week.
