At QUS, we do things differently. Now in our tenth year of operation, our business was born out of the belief that we could create a better model for strata insurance; a model capable of delivering more positive outcomes for everyone involved, from our own capacity provider right through to the end client. A model where outcomes are better for everyone.

Our model is different because we only deal with insurance brokers. We don’t spread ourselves too thinly trying to be everything to everyone, which means we can provide a more focused service that benefits all involved. Brokers have our undivided attention; their scrutiny keeps us keen, ensuring our product is competitive and our customer service is on point.
