Alright introducing one of our latest major builds a 2025 Honda CB650R for an awesome client who has set a dream brief for us. We’re going to try and take you all along this journey as the build progresses.
We generated a handful of concepts late last year. The bike has been 3D scanned and we’re deep into the CAD work. We’ve stripped the bike down and started on the fabrication.
Not sure how we feel about the eClutch system — can see some benefits for stop-start traffic as well as for riders with left hand mobility issues…what do you think?
We’ve been amazed as to how restricted these engines come (Australian delivered for learner riders). We’ve promptly derestricted and doubled the HP.

We really wanted to document this restomod as best we could, so we took a heap of clips and photos along the way. The bike has definitely glowed up since it first came through the workshop doors ✨

We've been chipping away at this build for a hot minute now, and cannot wait to reveal it to you all. For now...here's a peek at the build's origin, and where it's headed. Can confirm it rides like a dream!

Finished 2025 with a banger, starting 2026 on the same high. Appreciate all of the love we’ve been getting for this build. More updates to come on how you can get your hands on one

Earlier this year, we were working with on putting our spin on a BMW GS1250. Concurrently our mates .design.group were working with and all the planets aligned and we cut this clip!
