🎙️The Hair Therapist has dropped a new episode 116 “The Stories Our Bodies Carry” Part 1 with Gia Sinha Author, Survivor, Storyteller of the Soul “All The Parts Not Seen”.

How many people are walking around surviving instead of living?

Gia opens up about the “performance of peace”, generational trauma, motherhood and the emotional weight of silence.

This is not just a childhood sexual abuse survivor, cancer survivor story.
It’s so much bigger than this if that’s possible it’s a story about reclaiming yourself, creating daily practices, mindfulness, breathing and healing all the parts of us.

Yesterday I was walking along the Brisbane River feeling so much gratitude for the spectacular views and all the beautiful things that caught my attention.

As I soaked it all in, I couldn’t help but think about our friends sleeping rough.

Right now people are sleeping in parks, cars, under bridges, on park benches and wherever they can find a place to rest. Many are being moved on while others walk past without even a smile, a hello or any acknowledgement.

Imagine if this was your world. Imagine if it was your child.

Instead of asking, “What’s wrong with them?” or “Why don’t they get a job?” what if we asked, “What happened?”

What kind of childhood did they have? What trauma have they survived? What circumstances brought them here?

A conversation can change someone’s self-worth. A hello can remind someone they matter. A moment of connection can be the reason someone reaches out for support instead of giving up.

Be kind. Don’t judge.

Because you never know how quickly circumstances can change, and one day it could be you hoping someone would stop and simply say hello.

🎙️The Hair Therapist has dropped a new episode 115 “Healing The Human Within” with the incredible Chris Wildeboer CSP founder Balance Central.

One of the most beautiful parts of this conversation is Chris speaking honestly about motherhood while healing from her own trauma.

How do you raise a child while trying not to pass down your pain?

A deeply human conversation about generational healing, self-awareness, and the courage to do things differently.

Healing yourself changes generations and breaks cycles for the future.
