Investor Interest Increasing!!
With interstate migration at an all-time high, the pending Olympics, and the price gap between Brisbane and Sydney, there is seen to be huge upside in the foreseeable future.
Mr Coussens from Wakeley Properties said for investors, yield was the lowest priority when looking at property, with the focus on capital growth drivers including proximity to the CBD, public transport, shops, and schools.
