✨ Competition Sport Aerobics – for athletes ready to hit the stage!
✨ ACE IT – Skill Development Class. Build confidence, strength and new skills!
✨ PACE – Cardio Class to improve fitness and performance
✨ Personal Training – individualised training to help athletes reach their goals
✨ ACE ACRO – developing skills, transitions and confidence through acrobatics all while having fun!

Our athletes are coached by leading athletes, qualified judges and specifically qualified coaches across all areas of our sport, as well as coaches with backgrounds in cheerleading and gymnastics.
