Does your home need some attention before the wet weather sets in?? 🌧️

With some help from our friends at Center State Scaffolding, we were able to replace these fascia boards, 4.5m off the ground and also change over 200LM of weather boards 💪

Now taking new bookings for July-August

Recently we were asked to complete this front entry after our client was suddenly taken interstate with work.
We liased with engineers to ensure job was completed in accordance with structural plans and council permits could be obtained ☑️

Today we handed over our Spring Gully project 🤝
Bathroom, laundry and toilet receiving a complete makeover.

We totally demolished all areas, removing windows, fixtures, wall linings and ceilings.

🚿 In the bathroom, we relocated the shower with additional wall niche, whilst we also recessed a 1200mm mirrored cabinet and finished off with a wall hung vanity complete with stone benchtop.

🧺 The laundry seen us relocate water and waste outlets beneath cabinetry, overhead cupboards whilst also installing an additional toilet for the growing family!

New windows and doors and finished off with a fresh paint job throughout, this really was a compete re-do!

It’s been a big start to the year with 4 wet areas handed over so far and our North Bendigo project due for completion next week.

Yesterday in Golden Square, we finished up this beautiful bathroom and ensuite and main toilet combo 👊

Main bathroom, we removed all fixtures including asbestos wall linings in shower before re-screeding the shower base, adding niche in shower and swapping the position of bath and vanity.
Beautiful custom vanity and LED mirror to complete 👌

Ensuite was all about creating as much space as possible. We removed the existing bi-fold door and installed a cavity slider whilst also moving the toilet complete with an in-wall cistern and added a modern slim line vanity, LED mirror complete with Bluetooth 🎶 and new chrome sliding shower screen 🤝

All heat tastics, exhaust fans and GPOs replaced and a change of color on the walls rounded us out!

November and December were hectic!
Re-models, insurance repairs, shower additions.. We had it all 😮‍💨
After a well earned break, our trades are back on deck and have hit the ground running.

Last week we handed over another completed bathroom we had been working on.
We were called in to identify the cause of a shower leak and subsequently completely removed all wall and floor tiles.

Included in our repairs, we installed a wall niche in the shower and replaced the existing toilet and shower screens 🤩

Recently we spent time in Calivil transforming a laundry/mud room for some fantastic clients.

We removed the old floor coverings, concrete shower base and asbestos wall linings.
Additionally, we installed 2 cavity sliding doors and also replaced the toilet, laundry window and trough set up 🤙
