Our team completed the on-site replacement of a bulk material handling chute at a flour milling facility in Melbourne - precision work in an active food manufacturing environment where accuracy and minimising downtime are everything.

Did you know the walls inside a food factory are just as important as the equipment?

Rooms inside food manufacturing facilities can become non-compliant quickly, even minor damage to wall surfaces can trigger a compliance issue.
Installing stainless steel wall sheeting is a cost-effective solution that gives an old room a clean, compliant finish, without the cost and disruption of a complete panel replacement.

This room is currently undergoing a full refurbishment, making it the perfect opportunity to bring the walls up to standard alongside the broader works.

The panels were laser cut to precise specifications in our own workshop, with corner flashings folded in-house, meaning every element was purpose-built for the space. The result is a clean, hygienic finish ready for a compliance testing.

Our team was on-site at a small goods facility over the weekend completing a range of conveyor and processing line upgrades:
✅ Added a second side guide to an existing conveyor
✅ Replaced a transfer chute
✅ Production table modifications
