Hugh Robinson has years experience in motorbikes engines. . Machining motorbikes engine's, can be short or long motors.
I am always aiming towards the highest standards possible so I can give you what you want. I do any type of machining that is needed for your engine. I recondition engines to standard or performancel specifications, I also do high performance engines such as big bore kits, stroker kits, and we install performance parts to engines, full engine rebuilds. I have a range of services that we can offer you and your engine! I have over 50 of my own products designed and manufactured, for 70 and 80's motor bikes. Big bore kits for CB750 ,750,900, 1100 F Boldor's, CBX1000 and Suzuki GSX 750, 1100, GS1000.. Disc for CB750. Sleeves, Conrods for CB750, Boldor's and CBX 6.

Jesse is down at the Bathurst workshop for a swing, he has a heap of matching to do, he bored out the cases on the twin cam for the 124 kit, now on assembly.
RPE CBX 6 EFI, the EFI system is becoming smoother in building, fitting and tuning, this is number 4, another 1370 big bore engine from RPE, test was to install , ECU had a tune from Garry's bike 1370, and start, which it did and seams great, I will check on the Dyno. Now I am confident in sending out the kits for the 1370s.

RPE CBX 6 EFI, production line table, need to get it running smoothly so I can move onto the next product, turbo kits, EFI and turbos go together, I will manufacturer the new generation of turbo kits for old bikes, small turbos, intercooler and fuel injection.
I had a opportunity to work on Nevs CB SOHC turbo bike, kit from the 70 s, to understand what they offered back then, it was ok but with the resources today it can be done a lot better.

RPE CBX 6 EFI, installing another EFI on a 1370 RPE, the wiring looms are taking time.
RPE CBX 6 EFI, standard CBX, the beginning of the video shows remote fuel pump tank to run bike on Dyno, I will be placing the fuel pump in the fuel tank on this bike.
