Are you looking for a fun and active class for your preschooler?

Join us in Term 4 on Wednesdays from 9.30 am to 10.15 am, The Craig Family Centre in Ashburton

👧🧒 Ages 3–5 | 45 minutes | Parents stay and join in!

Through playful, age-appropriate movement activities, children can build confidence while developing important foundations for learning, everyday life & sport.

🤸 Sessions support balance, coordination, body awareness, posture, sensory processing, core strength and motor planning.

Are you looking for a gentle and enjoyable way to get moving? Join our welcoming movement class for adults aged 18 and over this Term 4, from 9.30 am to 10.30 am.

🧠 The exercises are simple, fun & engaging activities using hand-held bean bags and balls that support movement, coordination, body awareness and brain stimulation.

🧘 The class will finish with comfortable chair-yoga stretches that can be adapted for different abilities and levels of mobility. Come along, move at your own pace and leave feeling refreshed!
