Last Friday, Auta Group came together to celebrate the end of the 2025–26 financial year.

During the annual EOFY gathering, our General Manager, Bruce Su, took an unexpected approach to reflecting on the year. Rather than starting with financial results, he began with something every team member could relate to—our emails.

Over the 2025–26 financial year, Auta Group received 329,756 emails and sent 60,560 replies.

That's an average of 1,268 emails received and 232 responses sent every working day.

Behind those numbers are thousands of conversations, decisions, collaborations, and countless hours dedicated to delivering projects, supporting our clients, and moving the business forward.

Looking back on the year, it's clear that progress isn't defined by a single moment or milestone. It's built through the consistent efforts of every individual, every conversation, and every decision made along the way.

As we begin a new financial year, we're grateful to our team, our clients, our partners, and everyone who has been part of the journey.

Here's to another year of building, growing, and achieving together.

Last Saturday, Auta Group hosted our 2026 Wealth Strategy Seminar at our Adelaide head office, bringing together property investors, business owners, professionals, and families interested in building and protecting wealth across borders.

The session covered a range of timely topics, including:

• The impact of the Federal Budget on real estate
• Strategies for overseas asset protection and capital security
• Opportunities and risks in today's global economic environment
• Asset allocation and long-term wealth planning

What made the event particularly valuable was not only the information shared but also the quality of conversations and perspectives exchanged throughout the afternoon.

Auta Group Flagship Project | Franklin Tower | Sod Turning Ceremony

What a special day for Auta Group and for Adelaide City, as we broke ground on the construction of Franklin Tower!

This project integrates two important city needs into one vision: quality residential living and accessible, well-designed student accommodation.

Furthermore, it marks a step forward in Adelaide's development landscape, as it will be the city's first high-rise built using modular construction.

This method involves constructing a significant portion of the building being constructed in a factory environment, before being assembled it on location.

It helps meet the construction industry's evolving demands of faster build times, improved efficiency, and sustainability.

At Auta Group, our motto is 'Striving for Excellence', and this project will be no exception.
