About the tutor:

Jess is an experienced profesional vocal coach (since 2010) with a Bachelor of Music in jazz voice from the Elder Conservatorium of Music (Adelaide University, graduating in 2013.)
During her time at university, she undertook several additional courses which included:
music pedagogy, conducting, and stagecraft.
Prior to university Jess was a student of Woodville High School, undertaking the specialist music program along with the Special Music Performance course, majoring in Voice, Tuba, Bass Trombone, and also for a year, the Drumline.
Due to her vast experience working with neurodiverse students, she has a fantastic ability to assist students with ASD and ADHD, with her own son having both conditions, and with Jess having ADHD herself.
Jess is a passionate and dedicated voice teacher who works with most styles.beginners to advanced, tailoring each lesson to suit the individual singer.
Jess has performed with many established musicians across her career, including; Kamahl, The Borderers, Charmaine Jones, Trace Canini, Justine Clarke, and Luke Thompson, as well as fronting, hosting, and conducting many community events, community brass bands, and church groups.
Jess is also the founder and manager of Starting Note Vocal Tuition.
