A question we are regularly asked is: Why does STAAA host the STRA Summit in Adelaide each year?

The answer is simple.

As the national peak industry body for short-term rental accommodation (STRA) owners, operators and property managers, STAAA has members in every Australian state and territory.

Unlike many industry events that are focused on a single state or capital city, the STRA Summit is a truly national conference. Adelaide provides the most central and accessible location for delegates travelling from across Australia, helping to make attendance as practical and cost-effective as possible for everyone.

As Australia’s only independent, industry-led association, our focus is on bringing the entire STRA industry together, regardless of where you live or operate.
